Meet Bethany
Hello! I’m a pelvic floor occupational therapist and doula, passionate about helping women receive pelvic health care in a way that truly fits their lifestyle. I believe care should be personal, accessible, and centered around the real demands of motherhood and daily life.
I originally began my career in occupational therapy with plans to work in pediatrics. However, as I watched close friends step into motherhood, I felt deeply drawn to women’s health. I saw firsthand how pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery impact not only the body, but every aspect of a woman’s daily life.
Later, while working in assisted living, I realized that pelvic health needs extend far beyond the childbearing years. This experience reinforced my belief that women deserve support through every stage of life.
Now, having recently entered motherhood myself, I understand on a personal level how physical discomfort, core weakness, pelvic pain, and incontinence can affect confidence, energy, and the ability to fully enjoy this season of life. I am passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and capable in their bodies.

Outside of work you will find me, spending time with my family and our dog, attempting to be good at making sourdough, exercising, and volunteering at church events.
