We serve women in Parker County and the West Fort Worth area.

Initial evaluations are typically 60–90 minutes. Follow-up visits are approximately 45–60 minutes.

After your evaluation, a referral from your doctor or midwife is required for skilled pelvic floor therapy services.
A referral is not needed for doula services.

Yes. We provide one-on-one care in the comfort of your home so you can receive support in a space that fits your lifestyle.

Your first visit includes a full-body assessment. We will take time to understand your history, goals, and pregnancy or birth experience (if applicable). We’ll also assess posture, breathing patterns, core function, and pelvic floor muscle coordination.
An internal pelvic exam may be recommended, but it is always optional and only performed with your full consent.

Yes. Pelvic floor therapy during pregnancy can help reduce pain, prepare your body for birth, improve pushing mechanics, and support a smoother recovery.

A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
Our role is not to replace your medical team, but to complement your care—helping you feel heard, supported, and confident in your decisions.

As both a pelvic floor therapist and a doula, I have knowledge of how the pelvic floor and musculoskeletal system, work together to get you ready for birth. I cannot provide skilled pelvic floor therapy services as a doula, but through a pelvic floor therapist lens I can provide the support and knowledge you need to feel prepared for birth.

We are a cash-based practice, but we can provide a super-bill or itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance if needed. Look to the pricing page for more info.
