Doula Support Through a Pelvic Floor Therapist Lens

Birth is a sacred and transformative experience. We are here to support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually—so you feel informed, confident, and deeply cared for every step of the way.

What We Offer

Two Prenatal Visits

Prepare your body, mind, and heart for birth.

During our prenatal visits, we take time to truly get to know you—your goals, preferences, and any concerns you may have. Together, we’ll prepare for your birth experience in a way that feels empowering and aligned with your values.

Visits may include:

  • Birth education and planning

  • Pelvic positioning and movement strategies

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques

  • Partner support guidance

  • Pelvic floor awareness and preparation

Two Postpartum Visits

Gentle support as you transition into motherhood.

After your baby arrives, we continue to support you as your body and life adjust. These visits are centered on your recovery, your questions, and your overall well-being.

Visits may include:

  • Physical recovery support and guidance

  • Pelvic floor and core education

  • Newborn care support

  • Feeding support (breast or bottle)

  • Emotional check-ins and encouragement

On-Call Support + Birth Attendance

Support tailored to you.

We are on call when you go into labor to provide support in whatever way fits your birthing preference. Often this looks like providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor and delivery.

During your birth, we can

  • Help guide positioning and movement for comfort and labor progression

  • Offer hands-on support and encouragement

  • Support your partner so they can confidently support you

  • Advocate for your preferences in a respectful, collaborative way

  • Affirm Biblical truths to you throughout birth

Doula Services

The Added Value of a Pelvic Floor Therapist + Doula

As both a pelvic floor therapist and a doula, I bring a deeper understanding of how your body functions during pregnancy, labor, and recovery. This allows me to support you in a more intentional and connected way.

With this integrated approach, I can:

  • Guide optimal labor positions to support your pelvic floor and baby’s positioning

  • Help you understand and improve pushing mechanics

  • Reduce strain and support tissue protection during birth

  • Provide early guidance for postpartum healing and recovery

  • Offer continuity of care from pregnancy through postpartum

You’re not just receiving support for your birth—you’re receiving support for your long-term health and healing.
