Pelvic Pain

Pain is your body’s signal—let’s listen to what it is telling us.

Pelvic pain can show up in many ways: discomfort in your hips, tailbone, lower abdomen, or pain with intimacy. Often, this is related to tension, weakness, or poor coordination in the pelvic floor.

We take a whole-body approach to help release tension, improve mobility, and retrain your muscles and nervous system. Treatment is gentle, individualized, and focused on helping you feel safe and supported in your body again.

Urinary Incontinence

Leaking is common—but it’s not something you have to live with.

Whether you notice leakage with coughing, sneezing, exercise, or feel a strong urgency to go, these symptoms are often linked to how your pelvic floor muscles are functioning.

We can help you restore control by improving the strength, coordination, and timing of your pelvic floor and core. Together, we address the root cause—not just the symptoms—so you can move through your day with confidence.

Prolapse

You deserve support—inside and out.

Prolapse can feel like heaviness, pressure, or a bulging sensation, especially after pregnancy during daily activities. While it can feel overwhelming, there are effective, non-surgical ways to manage and improve symptoms.

We help you build strength and support in your pelvic floor and core, while also teaching you how to move, breathe, and function in ways that protect your body long-term.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Let’s create a plan that supports your body and your season of life.
